Macehead
Macehead of elongated 'cushion' form made from black silicified volcanic ash, banded black and white. Polished all over with a tubular perforation placed slightly to rear of centre. It is of similar form to two other maceheads in the collection (accession numbers O744 and A14578). Found in the Thames at Kingston. Part of the Lloyd collection.
