Gelatin silver print, part of the Henry Grant photographs collection. From a group of images of John F. Kennedy Centre for training and education of children with disabilities in West Ham, London. The image shows a child playing with a toy at a table outside. The child is wearing a sun hat. The handwritten caption on the reverse reads 'Child with mental handicap.' The word handicap is no longer used, as it is an offensive term.
