Gelatin silver print, part of the Henry Grant photographs collection. From a group of images of Local Government Services, 1972-1977. The image shows two signs at a refuse incineratory, the top one which reads 'Greater London Council. Department of Public Health Engineering. Brent Terrace Refuse Incinerator' and the bottom one reads 'Warning. Any person entering the refuse incineration station without permission of the Greater London Council does so at his own risk.'
