Visitor behaviour policy
London Museum strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment, both across our museum sites and online.
We will not tolerate verbal, physical or online abuse against any of our staff, volunteers or visitors.
We expect all our visitors to treat everyone with kindness, dignity and respect at all times and to not subject our staff, volunteers or other visitors to any form of harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination or intimidation.
Where such behaviours do occur, we will address these behaviours as quickly and effectively as possible, prioritising the welfare and wellbeing of those affected.
We will take allegations of such behaviours seriously and may eject visitors from the museum where they are believed to have behaved in such a way.
Where actions might constitute a criminal offence, we will report this to the police.
