White silk satin cover with crochet lace overlay. White jap silk lining. Silks have scalloped edges. Silk tassel hangs from turned ivory ferrule. Straight painted white wood shaft with turned wood folding handle with silver coloured metal hinge cover. Brass fittings; metal framework. Handstitched. Condition: lining torn, otherwise good.
