Knife
Table knife, with a curved steel blade, and bone handle. The register notes that the knife is marked with a pistol and the letter 'L' (the 'L' is currently illegible). A paper label affixed to the handle reads "Pistol mark with the initial letter L probably reg-/istered at Cutlers Hall. 1703 Charter of Q Anne/J Woodcroft - master/J Frith/N Levett/Wardens/This closely resembles the/Dagger mk mentioned in the/charter". Condition; metal corroded.
