A complete two disc cloth seal of Rouen. The rove disc is stamped with a shield bearing the arms of Rouen, a crowned R to the right . There may be a similar crowned letter to the left but that has been obliterated by a piercing that has not passed through the rove disc side. The rove disc side is stamped with a shield bearing the arms of France with a crowned H to the right and another crowned letter to the left, possibly an E.
